Edgewater Villas Condominiums

Just west of Historic Downtown Stuart and on the shores of the Saint Lucie River lies the Edgewater Villas Condominiums. This complex consists of two waterfront buildings of four stories on over 2 acres that were built in 1976. These are luxury condos with either two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious 1,561 sq. ft. of air conditioned living area or 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with 1,684 sq. ft. There are only four condos per floor in these buildings.

This community offers deep water docks which are just west of the Roosevelt Bridge and the City of Stuart docks and mooring fields. There is a large heated pool as well as a clubhouse with a kitchen, billiard room as well as a common area member’s room.
