In 2015 the Most Competitive Neighborhoods for buying homes appear to be the hottest tech scenes too according to the Redfin Report released recently.
Proud to say many in the top 10 most competitive markets are in the Boston Massachusetts area! It is certainly a hot marketplace here!
1. Inman Square
3. Brighton/Allston
6. Spring Hill, Somerville
10. Cambridgeport
These healthy housing neighborhood stats are based upon:
1. 9 out of the top 10 sold in less than 8 days!
2. 28 of the top 30 sold for more than full price!
3. And another interesting detail to note is that the majority had at least 1/3 cash sales!
So interesting that the majority of the top 30 Neighborhoods were in:
Boston, Massachusetts
Portland, Oregon
San Francisco, California
Seattle, Washington
