Sacramento County experienced a -30.7% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in December 2015 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a 8.4% increase in homes SOLD, while Pending Sales increased 10.3%.
Interest rates remain low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.

Myrl, This looks like a continuing trend as the number of homes avaiable for sale versus 2014 has been down for the entire year and may continue into this year.
