What is a Transition Living Real Estate Team™ you ask? 

The Cliff Note version... is a group of Real Estate professionals and ancillary business resource entities that can help with all aspects of a transitional move.  

The Transition Living Real Estate Team Mission™ Statement:

"Making home transitions easy and enjoyable!"

Whether the move is up, down or out the team of Real Estate agents around the country are ready to help with planning from tomorrow or 1 year to 5 years out.  

The team members KNOW that any type of transition is a challenge and the agents involved in helping people make a lifestyle change have patience, respect and will be "Transition Facilitators" in a calm and exciting manner.

The website will offer links to county, state and Federal locations that offer helpful content for those in transition.  

Monthly events will be hosted with speakers providing information on Estate Planning, Elder Care options, Changes in Social Security, Space Planning, Financial Planning, Reverse Mortgages, Care Facility Placement, Movers, Storage, Editing of Home Accessories and other topics that will help anyone in transition.   

Links to resources which aid in making a transition move easy will be available to create a plan of all the services that need to be engaged to make a seamless move.  

Subscribing to the monthly newsletter will keep the reader up to date with values and promotions from local businesses around town along with all the changes in programs available for evolving lifestyles.  

Free workbooks for lifestyle planning will also be available and lots of fun with the Cosmic Characters as life unfolds into new adventures.
