As the price of gas and diesel continue to SKY Rocket and homes remain up for sale much LONGER, career minded people will think VERY carefully and critically about making career moves that may not offer substantial raise from their current salary.
Professionals who are on the fast track of career hopping, must have contingency plans in place to carry either two mortgage notes (exising home and future home) or existing home and a rental payment. This contingency payment may last for at least six to eight months depending on where people's homes that are for sale.
As the price of gas INCREASES with NO end in sight, people will also SELECT homes closer to their work places to save on commute time and money on gas.
This will be a continuing Strong TREND through 3Q2009 and longer depending how much longer the real estate market will continue in its poor course and the price per barrel of oil as reflected by the cost at the pump to the consumers.
KIM can sell any homes and lots listed by any realty agency. Ask KIM for Buyer Representation. NO cost to buyers! KIM also can help with rentals.
