Rosie the Riveter

Rosie the Riveter is a cultural American icon that represents the women who went to work in munitions while the men went off to fight in WWII.  One of those Rosie's was Rose Bonavita.  She was said to have drilled drilled 900 holes and placed 3,300 rivets in an airplane tail end within six hours at the former General Motors Eastern Aircraft Division in North Tarrytown... and she was incredibly proud to do this work.

Are you familiar with the image that represents her?  It's a strong woman, showing her muscles with "WE CAN DO IT" in big, bold letters over her head.

I am your Rosie the Riveter.  I work with a team of marketers who are continuously focused on the sea of products and resources out there that can help you maintain and grow your business in today's market.  We're passionate about the work that we do and our focus on helping you save time, save money and save your sanity.

That is a tiny glimpse at our marketing group but what about the people who really matter here...?  The people who you are going to trust with your business?  I think it's safe to say that it is critical now, more than ever, to have a highly trained professional providing your title and escrow services.  I want to tell you about 3 things that set us apart.

•1.)    Audits.  I know that the word alone gets you on the edge of your seat, wanting to hear more!  Ok, so audits can be a little boring but here is what it means to you... We do internal audits on a monthly basis.  We are constantly grading each other's work to ensure we are in compliance, organized and accurate.  This provides consistent service to you throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley.  You know what to expect from every one of our branches and that is thorough and accurately executed transactions.

•2.)   Training.  Every member of our staff is required to attend monthly training.  We have the benefit of Rob Lowe on our staff, who brings us over 30 years of experience in the industry and an incredible ability to teach.  This keeps us at the top of our game on ever changing rules, regulations and legislation.  If you've ever felt confused by new legislation or the title and escrow process in general, you can rest assured that our staff is highly trained to help you and help your clients through every transaction.

•3.)    Our focus on what is important to you.  We've surveyed top producing clients across the valley and time after time we find the same answers on what THE ONE thing is that they need and require from a title and escrow company.  Actually, I have to name the top two...  Communication & Accuracy.  These two requirements are what drive us every day.

We're able to deliver the best communication in the industry with our automated DASHBOARD.  This service sends you e-mail updates whenever something transpires on your file.  You receive uploaded documents such as the agreement, earnest money receipt and preliminary title report.  You also receive a weekly summary of what has been done and what is pending on your files.  All of this is available to you 24 / 7 so you can tap into your documents and files anywhere you have an internet connection.  Technology is great but we also back this up with personal phone calls and face to face updates.

As far as the accuracy piece of the puzzle - our internal audits, monthly training and genuine desire to serve at the highest level possible all result in increased accuracy for you throughout the transaction and at the closing table.

When we succeed in providing top notch communication and accuracy your client walks away feeling good.  This results in more business and more referrals for you.

I challenge you to take a look around at your current title company and if you don't have a group of Rosie the Riveters working for you, it's time to move your business over to Ticor Title.

We Can Do It!
