Have you as a Realtor, been to a closing where your Sellers or Buyers are trying to exchange information regarding the property?
Perhaps they brought a HUGE key ring, or they want to talk “trash pick-up”.

I just saw this in Kathy Streib's post of her "Ah-Ha" moments for the week. I love it and definitely want to use it..the snow removal made me chuckle as that one will have to be removed. Can we customize these?

Absolutely LOVE this! I also need to maybe give them a hard copy of my Resource List that's available online on my website. That has saved many a returned phone call after scrambling to find a ph# of the local lawn-mowing service or or or...how do I add my own logo?

That's a wonderful idea. A second sheet with things like the meter # and phone number for local services would be a good addition. And, as Gayle mentioned, a copy of the resource sheet with numbers for the plumber, the handy-man, etc. would also be good.

It's my own Angie's List. A-Z and the companies have to be recommended...either from trusted neighbors or I've personally used them. If they falter, they're off the list. I also added the utility companies, local animal control, county office numbers (our Fishhawk Lake community is in two), etc. 


Now, how can I get your cool tool customized?? Please?
