Diane - I am not a big fan of these automated systems, especially when I am working with buyers. I would much rather have the ability to speak with the listing agent, and ask questions to qualify the property for my buyer before we waste our time going to a property that may not meet my buyers needs.

I have heard that most listing agents love this system because now they don't have to respond to any calls for showing appointments. To me it is just another step to avoid communications all together.
