Pine Creek is a unique community in the Pikes Peak Region. Years of planning for a master planned, golf course community were realized when in 1999, 976 spectacular acres of rolling hills, grasslands and Pine Creek became one of the most sought after communities in Colorado Springs.

Pine Creek students attend District 20 schools, which are recognized for their excellence in education. There are also numerous college and University campuses within a 20 minute drive, including the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Colorado College, Colorado Christian University, DeVry University, Regis University and Pikes Peak Community College. 

 

  

Pine Creek offers single-family, semi-custom and custom homes and luxury patio homes.

In 2015 there were 19 sales in Pine Creek between $400,000 and $500,000.

As you move into this price range houses that are semi-custom, with larger lots, on or near the golf course become available. Homes may have 5 or 6 bedrooms and 4 or 5 bathrooms.

 

Finished square feet for these 19 sales ranged from 2,168 to 4,400.

Days on market ranged from 2 to 456. Median days on market was 61 days.

The median sales price per square foot was $109.

Four of the 19 sales had basements that were unfinished or less than 40% of the basement was finished.

All 19 houses had a 5 piece master bathroom.

One house had an oversized 2 car garage.

Seven houses had tandem 3 car garages.

Eleven houses had 3 bay, 3 car garages.

12 were two story and 7 were ranch floor plans.

 

As evidenced by the fact that only 19 houses in Pine Creek sold for between $400,000 and $500,000, inventory in this price range is typically very limited.
