Christmas day I packed the family into the car and we set off on the road with Sarasota, Florida as our destination. Almost a month later, I am back home, and back at the office as a new year launches in life and in real estate.

But coming home to sellers and buyers who needed my help eased the sting of a frozen return to Northeast Ohio. It looks to be a robust year in our real estate market! I am excited to be back in the saddle again.
Good morning Mark, I feel your pain and joy. We recently returned to Spokane from Hawaii to over 8" of snow and a stack of mail. Fortunately, I kept up with the emails. This week the phone is ringing - a good sign for the new year! Yes, "back in the saddle".

We're not shoveling as much as you are in Maryland - hope the monster blizzard doesn't have you buried, Roy!
Mark - Its always nice to get away for a while and just relax. That usually rejuvenates people when they do finally get back to work.
