Erin - Unfortunately divorce is a part of life these days. There may be nothing we can do about a couple getting a divorce, but we can certainly help them through the process, especially if they own a home together and need to know what options they may have.

Erin, if I was in Colorado, I would definitely be in the class. I've handled a few transactions from divorcing couples, two in 2015 and they were not fun. It took 4 months on a previous one to disburse funds after closing.
