Homes Sold 2015 Market Report
Peachtree Hills Neighborhood strongly participated in the robust Buckhead Real Estate 2015 market. In 2015, 54 homes SOLD up to $1,000,000.
Peachtree Hill homes between $750,000 and $1,000,000 were on the market from two to five months. Three hes SOLD after two months. Two homes lasted four months and the last one of the group SOLD after five months.
Thirty-two homes were listed for sale between $500,000 and $750,000. Quick sales were predominent - six homes SOLD in less than one month; 14 homes within two months and five homes within three months. The next points were two homes at eight months and one at nine months to become SOLD.
Of the sixteen homes for sale under $500,000, five SOLD within one month; eight homes SOLD within two months; two homes lasted for five months; and, one home finally SOLD after six months.
Established in 1912, Peachtree Hills was located between a Village called Buckhead and the City of Atlanta. Now an enclave of approximately 750 homes and various apartments, Peachtree Hills includes a Park with tennis, a gym and Community Gardens.
