We're Looking for a Qualified Mortgage Specialist!

I'm hoping that you can help me with something. We have a few open positions for anyone looking for a PT gig with an amazing company. The power of social media is amazing, so I'm hoping that you can share this with anyone who may be interested: 

Zillow Group Mortgages, NMLS #1303160, is searching for an individual who is currently licensed in and resides in the following states: Nevada, Utah, South Carolina, Hawaii, Missouri, and/or OH. 

We need a Qualified Person in each of these states in a contract-role for 10-20 hours per month as a mortgage specialist. 

Basic requirements:

1. Must have 3 years of residential mortgage industry experience
2. Must complete 20 hours of NMLS approved prelicensure education courses
3. Must be able to satisfy one or more of the following conditions:
   • Passing score on both the National and Ohio State components of the SAFE Test, or
   • Passing score on both the National and Stand-alone UST components of the SAFE Test, or Passing score on the National Test Component with Uniform State Content
   • 1. Passing score on the National Test Component with Uniform State Content
