This week, I sold two sold two properties...
One for my seller, while he and his wife were away in Thailand, and the other to my buyer who's in Beijing, China.
International real estate can have its complexities, especially when time zones are that far off. Replies take overnight... each back and forth is twelve to twenty-four hours.
In the end, it's digital signatures (dotloop) that saved my life.
Ya gotta love this business.

Last year I sold a condo to a buyer who worked at the US Embassy in New Delhi, India. I showed her the place over a video, and of course Docusign came in handy in this transaction too. Isn't it crazy how technology has come this far? I love it. And she loved her condo when she finally got to see it in person too!
That's always a "hold your breath" issue, isn't it?
I have not had any over seas buyers...yet...but when and if I get one I will be looking for help with them
