Working With A Realtor - The Infinity Circle
Up early today -- just so many exciting things in the works!
One of my clients from the East Coast has been watching horse properties for sale in Tucson for months now -- and her top choice just dropped $19,900 overnight. She's due in for viewing homes next week, and had seen this one a few months back on an earlier visit, so we put in the offer. Somehow I've never been able to distance myself from my client's excitement -- so I'm just whirling around happy for her this morning. :)
I received a call on another horse property I have listed last night - it may be that both parties have the situation that works best for an extended closing on that transaction - so THAT's exciting!
And yet more clients are on the hunt for some investment purchases :)
Next week I have two transactions ending - homes I listed are coming to a close. One is a short sale that took close to a year and much communication between three different owners in three different states. The other, 19th in a string of transactions that ultimately led to me meeting a wonderful couple from Oregon years ago. She was at work one day and one of her patients was talking about needing their Oro Valley home sold. She mentioned my name, and wow, another referral was created.
It's a fascinating job. As Realtors we are so closely intertwined with major facets of our clients lives for a few months at a time. Then, life circles round and we meet again.
Looking at my records last year, over 50% of my transactions were with repeat clients and friends, or referrals from the same. In fact, adding in those referrals takes me up to almost 75% of my business --making up that infinity circle.
This year I celebrate 11 years as a real estate agent, and my four year anniversary with Long Realty is just two weeks away.
It's a great job. I have a fantastic office. I'm ready to share my excitement, and my level of concern and care for you in our next transaction together. Looking to buy or sell Tucson, Oro Valley, or Marana real estate for 2016?
Let's meet. :) 520-909-2988
