Three luxury Westfield homes are currently under contract.  One of these is a spacious Elegant Homes by Ralph Rapuano Colonial that is ready to be built.  The second is a Custom Colonial in the Washington School District.  The third property is a beautiful 6500 square foot Colonial on Rahway that is currently under construction.

Three luxury homes were recently sold in the Westfield community.  The first is a Colonial on Madison that is currently under construction.  It sold for $1,225,000.  The second is a 5000 square foot Custom Colonial in the exclusive Brightwood community that sold for $1,462,500.   The third, a 3200 square foot Colonial, was built in 1920 but was renovated last year.  Located on Beechwood, it sold for $1,110,000 after just 30 days on the market.
