Now under contract 4289 Boxwood Lane

My listing at 4289 Boxwood Lane is now under contract and scheduled to on or before February 26, 2016.

The sellers were on the road when I called and gave them the news that we finally had a verbally accepted contract after negotiating for almost ten days.

 

I am thrilled that they can now move forward in purchasing a new home.
