Roadside Artistry in Central Connecticut

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Professionals, CT 203-206-0754 REB.0759001

While driving back from showings recently, I came upon the head of an eagle poised alongside the roadway.  Some individual had seen the potential in the formation and taken the time to paint the work on both sides of the stone.

Roadside artistry

I tried to take a photo from both sides, but the sun was preventing me from doing so.  It was done so carefully and had to have been done in stages but it's creative nature was so good that it was not stopped.

Good thing you stopped to share with us! Wildlife and nature inspire much art. I stopped along the side of the road awhile back to catch a photo, too....(this one was in a tree in the next-door neighbor's pasture as we were working on purchasing the ranch.)

I love it, it is truly beautiful.  There is a similar work on one of the rocks on the beach a bit north of us.  I saw a photo of it, and I am going to have to go and get my own picture...Those moments of spotting something like that are so wonderful.  Thanks A

Hi Ed Silva ,  That's quite a sight along side the road.  It reminds me of waiting at a railroad crossing, for the train to pass, with every train car painted with all kinds of artwork that comes out of a spray can. Who knows, the owner of the property, that the rock is on, could have painted it.

Good Wednesday morning Ed Silva . We look at a rock. An artist looks at the Eagle. I like folks who can get into their right mind.
