First of all, I have learned so much in being on one of the top teams in the country. I really think it has helped me grow as a person and in business as well. From our Closing Manager, Chandra, (which I think is the greatest job ever invented) to James, our Sales Manager, if there is ever a question I can't answer, I know someone on the team can help and educate me in the process. And of course, Jana, who is a tremendous leader and I know I can learn so much from.
The Team concept has allowed me to focus more on the things I should be doing like learning scripts, prospecting, showing homes, buyer consultations, and overall servicing the buyers like I wasn't able to before. I know I can focus and one thing and master that one thing to the best of my ability.
Overall, I think that the team concept and working on The Jana Caudill Team has allowed me to break through ceilings and get to the next level while selling real estate in Northwest Indiana.
