The Colony homes sold rose 17% in November 2015, with 36 properties sold in November of this year. Year-to-date, new housing properties listed have reached 629 in all. New home properties listed dropped 1% compared to the same period last year. New home properties listed in The Colony rose 48% in November of this year, with 37 houses listed this month. There were 41 listed houses under contract during November, a 11% growth from a month ago. Year-to-date, current listings under contract are at 545 overall, which is a 4% decline from a year ago. The average price for a home was about $202,886 overall this year, which is a 12% increase from a year ago.
