Cedaredge Estates is one of those neighborhoods that people love to call home. There is no thru traffic and some of the homes back up to a creek and some to pasture land. The neighborhood curb appeal is very good. Most of the homes are one story.
The appeal of this neighborhood means that real estate sales are slow. That is due to the lack of inventory. Here's last month's report.
The inventory hasn't changed much over the last month.
- There is still one home listed for sale. It's a two bedroom home priced at $127,500. There haven't been any sales over the last month.
- One home sold in the neighborhood in all of 2015. It was a two bedroom home, and it sold for $124,898.
- Two bedroom homes aren't the most common in this neighborhood. It's just a coincidence that the activity has been with two bedroom homes. Most of the floor plans have three bedrooms.
- In spite of the slow activity, you never know when a new listing might come on the market.
