You never know what you will see when you are house hunting. Some times homes look very nice online when you view the photos, but when you arrive, you realize the home does not suite your needs. After you see several properties, some of buyers end up labeling previous property based on something they saw, how the yard was or something else. You should also know that usually need a few hours of notice to get into view houses that are occupied, so the seller have enough time to tidy up, make arrangments for their childern or animals, or turn off their home security system.
