Queen Creek is #3 for Wealthiest Places to Live in AZ

Real Estate Agent with Queen Creek Realtor, San Tan Valley Realtor, United Brokers Group (602)919-2375 SA 581636000

The Town of Queen Creek is #3 for wealthiest places to live in AZ only falling behind the #1 and #2 spots that were awarded to Paradise Valley and Carefree! Queen Creek ranked higher on the list than Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Chandler or Gilbert! The median household income in the Town of Queen Creek is one of the highest in the state at $83,809 and home prices in Queen Creek are significantly less than home prices in nearby Chandler and Gilbert. The Town of Queen Creek is growing leaps and bounds, but with the proper planning and development, the town remains committed to keeping that small-town, rural feel that residents of the area fall in love with. Not only has the Town of Queen Creek been growing, but perceptions of the area have changed drastically over the years too! And, in case you missed the recent 3TV report on the changing face of Queen Creek, please visit my blog for the full report and to watch the news video.

If you are looking to buy a home in the East Valley, why not stretch your parameters to include the Town of Queen Creek borders and see how far your money will go towards buying your dream home! You really can have it all in Queen Creek and with easy access to the 202 freeway and just minutes away from Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler, Queen Creek has a fabulous location in the southeast Valley.

Not to be mistaken with the nearby area of San Tan Valley or a Queen Creek mailing address, the Town of Queen Creek has much smaller borders and lies entirely within Maricopa County. San Tan Valley is located in Pinal County and there are also many homes that have Queen Creek addresses, but they are not part of the Town of Queen Creek. Residents and Realtors often misunderstand and confuse this issue, so I have put together a blog that outlines the many differences between the Town of Queen Creek and San Tan Valley as well as explaining why homes with a Queen Creek address are not necessarily a part of the Town of Queen Creek. Read more about this issue and to find a detailed history on my blogpost called: Do I Live in Queen Creek? and also my blogpost entitled: The Differences Between Queen Creek and San Tan Valley

If you are looking for more information on what’s happening in Queen Creek, then be sure to check out my recent blogpost for more details on what to expect in the coming years.
