Queen Creek ranked higher on the list than Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Chandler or Gilbert! The median household income in the Town of Queen Creek is one of the highest in the state at $83,809 and home prices in Queen Creek are significantly less than home prices in nearby Chandler and Gilbert. The Town of Queen Creek is growing leaps and bounds, but with the proper planning and development, the town remains committed to keeping that small-town, rural feel that residents of the area fall in love with. Not only has the Town of Queen Creek been growing, but perceptions of the area have changed drastically over the years too!
