Posting New Listings On ActiveRain - Does it Help?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with RealeFlix(R)

I am still pretty new to ActiveRain and even though I am not a real estate agent myself, I keep seeing people post on their blogs about their new listings.

So my question to you is this: have people who post new listings to their blogs seen direct results of this leading to new leads or offers?

I understand the idea that it's good to publish and advertise anywhere you can, but since this is a real estate industry-oriented community,  do many people (outsiders, dare I say ;) ) who are looking for properties come here?

I would love to get your feedback on this, especially if you have posted listings on your activerain blog.

I advertise my listings on localism for consumers and I get great results from my listing posts.......

I was wondering that too, especially because much of them seem to be on the west coast.  I'm suprised to not see any in my area at all.

Goodness.  Localisms go right to Google and if a listing is constructed property for SEO, it will put that listing right up there on page 1.
