Customers Will Love You

Although you customers won’t love you if you give

bad service,  your competitors will.”

Kate Zabriskie, Corporate Trainer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Customers will love you

Your customers will love  you when . . . . you deliver on your promises . . . . and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Work with your customers to establish mutually agreed expectations for your services . . . . Then do everything within your power to meet . . . . and exceed those expectations.

Falling short on your expectations will create a strain in the business relationship . . .  . and with the customer In all likelihood missing on your expectations will result in no repeat business . . . . and no future referrals.

Give your customers what they really want . . . . and that’s making them feel important. Provide them with exceptional customer service . . . . and when you do they will love you.

Your customers will love you . . . . when you meet and exceed their expectations.

There's a good reason why it's called a service industry.  In order to do well, we need to be able to give good service.

Lou, great point. Everything you do will be loved by somebody. Either your customer and your competitor. Your choice! Enjoy your day!
