When is it time to add leverage in your office. What I mean is staff to leverage your work load.
The first indication might be stagnant growth. The cause of this is almost always the result of lost business. Maybe calls and potential clients not being handle in an expedited fashion. Or maybe your growth may be stagnant from not diversifying your advertising and not reaching all potential clients. As both of these issues can cause lack of business growth, to fill each of these issues may not be the same employee. So what do you do? Address the most glaring with the perfect employee candidate and hope you can cross train that individual two handle both issues until expansion of business can justify the 
hiring for the two positions.
Then there is the issue of quality of life. Are you working too many hours and are at rick of burnout, or worse, heath problems. Your rest is important to operate effectively. There is also the family, are you neglecting those you love? I know every self help book or seminar stresses the need for balance in your life.
How do you keep up on your education if you are too busy to attend continuing education?
It's been said, and I don't know by who, but if you keep doing the same thing you will get the same result.
Give up some of the profits. Your business will be able to grow, you and those around you will be much happier.
