Rancho Cucamonga Division 3 Pee Wee Basketball 2015 – Lakers Team
I just finished my first season of coaching Rancho Cucamonga, division 3 year old Pee Wee Basketball for the Lakers. All the games were played at the RC (Rancho Cucamonga) Sports Center.
It was a great experience and opportunity to coach my 3 year old nephew Abraham Jason and all of the children on the team. All the children were great to work with and it was good to help them develope their skills at such a young age. I also had some of the best parents a coach could ask for to help with snacks and the children during the season.
One of the only things during the season that bothered me is the parents from other teams. I had to remind the other parents that this is not the NBA (National Basketball Association) and that your children or mine are not getting paid for this. This is a fun learning experience for all the children to compete on each team as they go.
