We ran across an article on virtual staging recently ...and we were,
well, we were amazed!
When a Realtor lists a home they will often consider staging it- whether it is a simple movement of furniture and sprucing up or a complete overhaul, staging can make a HUGE difference for the seller’s bottom line.
However, some are now considering “virtual staging” whereby a high tech computer program is used to create the “perfect room”, but only ONLINE!
I thought about how this could work in Colorado and I would say, based on our market, that this could really work. You see, most of the houses that are listed here sell in about 1-2 days with multiple offers. The ease of creating a great space online rather than in person could be a huge plus.
If I were to do this I would make sure to print out full sized colored pictures and hang them on the walls in the house!
