Weltanschauung - The ActiveRain Guidelines
Weltanschauung...what???
When I first read this word...I was certain it must be one of the new word challenges of the day. I had no idea what it meant nor did I know its meaning. After a few research, I come to realize that I am about a century and a half late...The way I see it... it is better to be late than never.
I hope that I am not alone in this matter. I do however understand and know ActiveRain's weltanschauung. Our communities guidelines are as follow:
All the principles and philosophies are essential and important for ActiveRain continued success as a group. Each one of the principles is a strong foundation for its members to follow and abide by.
If I am to choose one philosophy that is the synonymous to what ActiveRain stands for, it is #10...
"ActiveRain believes that it is in the best interest of real estate professionals to build a community that is focused on educating one another."
This is the reason why I joined this community and why I was willing to pay to be a member of this platform. Its members whether new or not so new all came together with the purpose of helping each other by sharing its past experiences, expertise and successes. The willingness of its members to share, guide and help each other is not found in any other community that I know of.
The knowledge and encouragement that I personally have received are priceless. The fact that I am a blogger, (yes, I do call myself a blogger) is in itself a result of all the challenges and shared expertise that I was presented with to better myself. This has translated to more social media exposure, and better understanding how to reach and capture more internet leads.
Many agents still ask me why I spend so much time blogging. The answer falls back to ActiveRain's weltanschauung.
If you are not allready a member, and is looking to increase your business in 2016, I would recommend that you join the best real estate University...ActiveRain. It is simple to join and you can start by joining for FREE.
