Thank Will, we need to let homeowners know that they shouldn't wait until the spring.  The problem here is that many homeowners can't afford to move up.

Same problem in Bend.  We have had super low inventory for over a year now.  It is driving up prices and unfortunately making a median price home unaffordable for a median income range household.
