Good news for Ocean Sands home owners as prices are going up. The median price of a home in Ocean Sands jumped up from $415,000 to $470,000 for an increase of 13%. The average price of a home sold went up $41,000 for an increase of 8%. At this rate it won't be long before homes in Ocean Sands recoup the money lost in the crash.
