Yesterday I posted some beautiful winter scenes taken from the windows of this home. I hope you enjoy the views of the home as well. NOBODY tops the quality of materials and workmanship in a Tivoli home. It's not bragging if you can back it up!
It looks like a very nice home. I hope you sell it soon. Tivoli Custom Homes sound as if they build em' right.

They really pay attention to detail Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD no cracks filled in with caulk, things fit tight or they don't go up as finished product. Even thou this is an upscale neighborhood the house really stands out with the brick and stucco instead of all the homes with cheap vinyl siding around it.

It sure is William Feela , he's not the first builder I've worked with but he is the first builder I've worked with that builds several houses a year.

What a pleasure to work with a high-quality builder when you know what the buyers are getting for their money. That is quite view (but being in SoCal I am glad I no longer have to worry about snow! LOL)

Thanks Jeff Dowler CRS I've seen this builder build from the ground up several times now and he is meticulous. I've seen him make contractors re-pour cement, walls re-framed and about every other flaw removed and replaced properly. This guy doesn't let anything slip by he considers sub standard.

My daughter asked me today if we could buy it Myrl Jeffcoat and I said if I sell it and a few more like it maybe in the near future.
