Not much has changed with home listings and sales since last month's report. Sales are low in this neighborhood, but that's due to the lack of inventory. If more homes were on the market, then there would be more sales to report. This is an affordable neighborhood with good curb appeal and a great price point.
Last month there were two active listings. Both are manufactured homes and one is bank owned. The bank owned home is now under contract. - That leaves one home left in the neighborhood that is active and waiting for a buyer. It is a manufactured home and it's listed at $146,000.
- Another bank owned home in the neighborhood is still under contract and waiting to close.
- No sales were reported in the local MLS (multiple listing service) in 2015.
- In 2014 there were two sales. One was bank owned and sold for $137,192. The other home was a traditional sale and it sold for $154,000.
