Problem Solving Makes An Excellent REALTOR®

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

Problems and LifeWith the current spate of winter weather hitting various parts of the country and the warnings that we are all gonna die, I thought, well not all of us. It is funny watching approaching snow storms, and the grocery store shelves being emptied of milk and bread. Panic drives behavior crazy at times, even if preparation is a good thing.

It made me think of great real estate agents are calm, cool, and collected, and keep going about their day solving problems that pop up between buyers, sellers, other agents, and third parties. Thriving amidst the chaos.

Look for this in your agent where they can defuse the emotion, come up with a plan to accomplish the result, and keep moving the ball forward.

A good problem solver is a good agent.

"A good problem solver is a good agent."  That is what we are paid for...getting someone from searching to handing them their keys to a new home.  Most people have no clue what we do behind the scenes to get them there!

I am assuming that is an agent handling a sale on the phone in that picture? Great image. I never did understand the bread and milk scare. Don't people keep food stocked in their homes for more than a few days at a time??

Fun picture!  I think the problem solving part of real estate may be one of the most important things we do for our clients.

Living in an area where we get the occasional snow storm, I've learned the importance of stocking up so that you don't have to get out on the bad roads.  My biggest fear is getting out but not being able to get home because road is shut down.
