Lavish dinner on top of great design? Count me in! Actually, you'd be too far away for it to stay warm (haha), but the idea of this is a great twist. In our area staging is done just about every home/town house. 

While they used to look gorgeous, the buyers have developed filters to see what they look like w/o staging.   What is the futuristic trends?

The photos and proper lighting look nicer than actual.  It is like the actresses are all gorgeous until they remove their make up.....
