Paddy Deighan JD PhD 15-20 minutes of time is definitely not worth for a survey which perhaps has no returns!

However, there are sites that give points that can be converted to Airlines miles etc - or even gift cards. And I know people who has a hobby of filling in such surveys.

When working for a marketing firm, we were doing a couple surveys, one of which was to about 100 top sellers - and if they did the survey they would be entered to win a top of the line product, which they were selling -- it was worth about $4k at the time.     Other survey was 3-5 minutes and all responders got a company T-shirt.
