Cottonwood Knolls is a popular neighborhood in the central portion of the city.

Most of the houses were built from the late 1980’s to the early 1990’s.

They are located in highly desired school district 20.

  

There were only 6 sales in 2015.

All but one had a finished basement.

Sold prices ranged from $168,400 up to $247,000.

The median sold price was $238,251.

Median price per square foot was $102

Median days on market were = 42 days.

 

Cottonwood Knolls has limited turnover. Inventory can be tight and finding the size, floor plan and updates you prefer can take some time. One big reason is that Cottonwood Knolls is one of the lowest cost neighborhoods in school district 20.
