Anderosa is a community of homes built in the early to mid 1980’s, located immediately southeast of the Chapel Hills Mall.

It is one of the lowest cost neighborhoods for buyers wanting to reside within school district 20.

In addition to being close to the mall and the south gate to the air force academy, it is also close to the new 21st century libray.

It is also close to the area known as the Briargate Business Campus were numerous financial and technology companies, such as USAA and T-Mobile are located.

Just a few miles further north are more technology or defense contracting firms including Lockheed-Martin, Oracle and FedEx.

 

 

There were 14 sales in 2015.

Sold prices ranged from $158,000 to $251,000.

The median sold price was $204,950.

Median price per square foot was $138

None of them were short sales.

Median days on market were = 48 days.
