The Marco II is one of nine floor plans available for building in Academy Park subdivision located in the SweetBay development in Panama City, FL. It is a two story home that comes with a detached two or three car garage. A carriage house option is available which provides a studio apartment above the garage with your choice of two floor plans for the studio.

The Marco II has a partial second floor and is the largest home, at 3302 square feet, available at Academy Park at SweetBay. It has a large open floor plan for the living, dining, and kitchen area. The split bedroom design separates the master bedroom from the other bedrooms for privacy.

Another option you may want to consider is adding a bathtub to the master bathroom. Sometimes you just gotta soak in a tub, especially after a stressful day at work or after a day of rigorous recreation.

Need another bedroom, or two? Consider converting the study into the fifth bedroom comlete with an additional full bathroom. Another option is to convert the upstairs loft into the fifth or sixth bedroom. You will still have a small bonus loft area after converting it into another bedroom.

Thanks Michael. The detached garage is not common in our area. However, this developer is offering half the floor plans with an attached garage and the other half with detached garage. It will be interesting to see how many will choose the detached option.
