Litchfield Park Sales for 10 days prior to February 21, 2007
The previous week saw 7 homes close escrow as the month ended in Litchfield Park. Average home sale price was $323,142 while the average asking was $338,728. Average days on the market were 116, up from 94, with several homes expiring from the MLS.
The average square footage for all these homes was 2390. That comes in at just over $135 per square foot, down a good amount. Of course these figures will vary depending on actual square footage, condition of the home and property and location, location, location!
