DSC03225It is January and time for real estate reports. With the new banking  (TRID – Tila-Respa Integrated Disclosure) rules, some closings are taking a tad longer, and I would definitely say that while we are snowbound this week, since the weather has been so mild, the spring season started very early for 2016.

Here is my 2016 Newsletter , and as always, I am here for your real estate questions! Stay safe and drive carefully!

Westchester is GREAT!

Hi Gay.  Great newsletter. It sounds like you got even more white stuff than middle of the county.  But, it's a lot either way.  I'm hoping for warm and sunny weather this week.  - Debbie

Hi Gay.  Very informative.  Having sold real estate in 1981 19% interest rates were awful.
