Any Good News?

Every time you pick up the paper, turn on the news, or even read the blogs on Active Rain you can't get away from the negative outlook about real estate.  The last year has been bad and it seems the prognosticators have no good news for us on the horizon.  I guess all we can do is to continue to work hard and keep plugging away.  It is imperative in this market that you look for new creative ways to market yourself and the properties of your clients.  If you have any new ideas or things you have been doing that are bringing you positive results I would love to hear them.  It would really be nice to hear some positive feedback for a change.

For the most part I work with buyers and tell them about all the good deals.  Most people need a roof over there head so  there is value in owning vs renting with low prices and payments similiar to rent.

I have been talking to eveyone I know about why now is a great time to buy real estate. It's simple... There's tons of options, sellers are more flexible, prices have softened and interest rates on mortgages are still really low. Are we at the bottom yet? Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, we're definitely not near the top. Buy low, sell high. That;s what investors do, and so should you! Now is an excellent opportunity to buy.

So far this year, it's been much better than last year. And we're barely into the spring season. I'm optimistic for the market moving forward.
