The City of Lino lakes is city with approximately 21,000 residence and is located conveniently at the intersection of 35W and 35E in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis and St Paul. The main school district is the Centennial School District - 12. (More School Info Here) The main attractions are the great park systems including the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes, Chominix Golf Course, and the YMCA.
The city of Lino Lakes, MN saw some steady improvement in the real estate market for 2015. Overall median sales prices were up 4.8% to $254,600, homes are selling an average of 71 days on the market, and sellers received nearly 98% of their original asking price.
For July 2016:
There were 93 homes for sale, down from a peak of 120 in September 2015, and only 43 new listings.
There were 34 closed sales in July with an average sales price of $293,080.
