Talking with Joe Petrowsky is always pleasure for me. Doesn't happen often! I must admit we keep different schedules. He's up early (and I mean EARLY) and I tend to stay up late. Sometimes our paths cross in the middle of the night!
Probably I could start by telling you he is licensed to provide Mortgage Loans in seven different states. Joe offers his Clients loans including first mortgages, re-financing, remodel mortgages and more.
Starting with a focus on New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont), Joe extended his Mortgage Services to New York and Florida. Guess he can head to Florida to work when it is too cold in New England!
Together with Kyle Reyes - Joe sponsors Webinar events. He's always looking out for others - enhancing their learning opportunities. On his website he says,"...mortgage financing is more than a simple financial transaction: it’s a life-changing endeavor in which we play a vital role as both counselor and facilitator."
Joe says on his website - "I have the belief, that anyone that wants to own a home, should be able to. I am not willing to focus on the problems, but rather the solutions. We always want to make sure everyone that wants to own a home, can do so."

About how the year looks:
"My Mortgage Practice has very little to do with the Market or the
Economy. I made a decision many years ago that neither would effect
the income I want to make each year. Business for me will always be extraordinary."
Accomplishments planned for 2016:
"I have grown in volume 20% per year for the last five years,
I don't see anything that will change in 2016."
What expected to achieve through ActiveRain in 2016:
"I am very fortunate to do a lot of business with ActiveRain Members.
I gave over 21 referrals in 2015 and will do at least 2 per month in 2016."
What I like best about Joe is who he is and his incredible focus on people. He and his wife, Gail Petrowsky, joined up with AR member Conrad Allen and his wife Paula and then met up with Sally and David Hanson and went on vacation together! That's really a investment in the AR Community!
