New Homes for Sale at Robertson Ranch in Carlsbad – Update
Robertson Ranch in northeast Carlsbad, a master planned community, continues to make progress and now 2 neighborhoods, The Vistas and The Ridge, have been announced and are ready for purchase.

Given the tight real estate market here, and the common response to new homesfor sale in Carlsbad, the response has been very positive at Robertson Ranch.
No models are yet available to view (but will be available in the next few months) but all the homes that have been released in these 2 communities are now reserved, ranging in price from $744,995, a single story 3/3 with 1578 SF home, to a 5 bedroom 5 and ½ bath home with 3346 SF priced at $1,004,995.
The Vistas at Robertson Ranch, with 110 homes, offers 5 floor plans, including a single story model (each of the 4 communities will offer a single story model). The 1st phase is being built over adjacent to the Foothills at Carlsbad and the new fire station which is almost complete.
The Ridge at Robertson Ranch, with 87 homes, offers 5 models to select from, with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3 to 4 ½ baths. Living space ranges from 1578 SF in the single story model to 2950 SF in the largest plan.
Two other communities, both gated, will also be built, with prices starting in the low $1,000,000s for 2969 SF and up. This brings the total to 308 single family detached homes in Robertson Ranch.
Robertson Ranch will also offer a commercial component, part of which is expected to be an upscale grocery store, but that’s not been announced.
There is also an area of apartments being developed by a different builder, which will include both affordable housing and 55+ apartments.
Those of you driving up and down El Camino Real in the area are no doubt tired of all the construction and slow traffic - the road is being widened to better accommodate increaased traffic and provide access to Robertson Ranch.
HOA fees will be approximately $266/month (with an additional $76/month for the 2 gated communities). Mello Roos fees will total about $1522/year. Robertson Ranch kids will attend the Carlsbad Unified Schools.
