This report will cover the three bedroom homes listed for sale in the small mountain towns of Cedaredge, Austin, Eckert and Cory. This is a sparsely populated area at the base of Grand Mesa. It's known as the Surface Creek Area of Delta County. The area is an outdoor paradise. Around here you have quick and easy access to wonderful biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, hunting, scenic areas and snowmobiling.
There are a wide variety of three bedroom homes on the market. There are listings in town and out of town on acreage. This report also includes manufactured homes.

Remember there are a wide variety of three bedroom homes for sale. This report includes manufactured homes. House sizes start at 890 square feet and go up to almost 4,000 feet. There are 31 homes on at least an acre, and 12 of these homes are on over five acres.
Overall 2015 was a good year in real estate for Delta County. Sales were up 26% compared to 2014. The total dollar volume of sales went up 24% over the last the year. Since 2014 the market has been showing steady signs of improvement.
