The Moon and The Sun -- Pyramids in Mexico

These two pyramids are about 25 miles Northwest of Mexico City in the ancient city of Teotihuacán and are part of a large complex in the heart of the city.

Pirámide del Sol (Pyramid of the Sun) is the third largest pyramid in the world. It is 246 feet high and 738 feet across.

The Pyramid of The Moon is 140 feet high.

The base is 426 by 611 feet.

Gary Coles (International Referrals) - When I think of Pyramids, I think of Egypt. I had no idea these existed in Mexico. I'm surprised to see they allow people to climb up there just because it seems so sacred to me.
