Hi Ron & Alexandra - My fondness for kale has already been noted above. At east this stuff is pretty.
If it tastes like green kale, it is something that my mother would have put into soup, a true Portuguese soup, Caldo Verde, only in this case it isn't verde
Well how gorgeous is that!?! I am not sure I have seen all white kale. Do you know anything about the nutritional values compared to the dark green and purple?
I could appreciate kale in an ornamental role, more than I do on a plate : )
