This is one of my three entries in this month's challenge, Ringing and Singing in the Rain.
For my entry, I chose to profile and introduce Active Rain newbie, Cynthia Inniss.
Cynthia is a Realtor as well as a trainer at The Real Estate Group. She is fortunate to be in a very beautiful part of the state living in Virginia Beach and working in the Chesapeake, Virginia environs. Cynthia has an MBA/MIS from Troy University and has been a Realtor since 1997.
Cynthia loves real estate and is looking forward to intelligent discussion about all types of real estate topics on Active Rain. She wishes to stay on top of the latest developments and cutting edge technology. What better place to do that than here in The Rain? Cynthia sure knew to come to the right place.
Cynthia has set a goal for 2016 of 24 listings and 12 buyer sales as well as increasing her average sale price. She wants to establish more control with predictability of her business rather than relying on referrals. She is looking to streamline her time with rearranging her schedule to focus more on listings and less on training. She is also looking to network with agents across the country (again, she came to the right place!).
She particularly likes the question and answer section of Active Rain and appreciates how many people take the time to respond. She is looking forward to keeping up to date with webinars. Cynthia wants to grow, to meet new people, and to learn. She said that no matter how experienced you are, you can always learn something. After nineteen years in the business - What a great attitude!
The market in Cynthia's area is very fast paced with homes that are priced right selling in just a couple of weeks. Cynthia has a motto which she is very proud of - 'Providing Professional Service with a Personal Touch'. I can tell from my conversation with Cynthia that she cares deeply about her customers and in doing a good job.
On a personal note, Cynthia is married with four adult children and three grandchildren. She loves live music, particularly jazz, and enjoys dining out as well as cooking at home. Originally from Louisiana, her specialty is cajun food. As for activities, she enjoys playing softball, especially at the company picnics.
Please join me in welcoming Cynthia Inniss to our Active Rain family! I truly enjoyed our conversation and look forward to getting to know her here in The Rain. What a nice and intelligent lady!
