Valley of the Sun is a highly desirable mountain living community filled with cabins, seasonal second homes and year round residences.  With convenient access to Fairplay and a quick trip over the pass into Breckenridge it offers great access to town amenities and skiing as well as outdoor recreation right out your door with trout fishing, hiking in the national forest and 14,000 foot peaks as your neighbor. In January 2016 Valley of the Sun had a total of 5 properties with 10 acres or larger on the market. Of those:

 

  • 2 vacant land parcels (10 acre or larger) are active on the market, average listing price is $174,000.
  • 2 cabins on 10 acres or larger are active on the market with an average list price of $399,900.

 

The active properties list prices range from $159,900 to $639,900. The average listing is $399,900 and 120 days on the market. The vacant land properties list prices range from $149,000 - $199,000.
